How long does it take to get our photos / video delivered?
Photos: 7-14 days / Video: 10-25 days.
Why do we need to do prior consultation?
Prior consultation is highly recommended for any production company. The team will be prepared with the proper equipment, crew, shotlist & know exactly how to direct you (& your family) with ease. With thorough preparation, we save time, equipment, unnecessary setbacks & provide you with a smooth & easy experience.
What if we need to travel for this shoot?
We will add travel cost, keep in mind that our team is very thorough with preparation. We do our own research on the location & gauge what we will need for each particular shoot.
Are the deposits refundable?
Depends on when the cancellation occurs. Cancellations with less than 1-2 week's notice are non-refundable due to this event will cause Breeze Cinema to lose the opportunity of handling other sessions. We lose the chance to rebook with clients who have previously inquired for your requested date. If you would like to reschedule, a rescheduling fee will incur & must be paid 7-14 days prior to shoot date to hold the date.
Why are Mini-Sessions only available on the same week?
Mini-Sessions are impromptu & only available when both your schedule & our schedule align during the same week. That means chances of having a mini-session is low but it's a possible. Mini-Sessions are non-refundable & have a $50 rescheduling fee.
How does the process work?
1. Inquiry
Give us 2-3 business days to respond to your inquiry, from here we'll move on to the consultation process.
2. Consultation
During consultation we will be discussing the visuals that you want to achieve for your shoot. We'll be taking in & providing you information for location, looks, creative process, safety, etc.
3. Shoot Day
The big day! The consultation phase to us is very important. We take the consultation & preparation phase very seriously, this helps make our shoot day smooth as butter.
4. Review & Delivery
The final step of our process, reviewing the work we've provided & delivery.
